With the words "Cooking has always been my dream job and it still is after 11 years of professional experience, which you notice as soon as you watch me cook." The 27-year-old Kevin Szalai, who was born in Vienna, applied to be our head chef.
After the first few conversations, we already knew that we were on the same wavelength when it came to culinary delights. What impressed us all the more, however, was the personal maturity of Kevin, which is certainly also the result of his extensive experience.
After his apprenticeship at Reiter's Supreme in Bad Tatzmannsdorf and many stations at home and abroad, he was most recently head chef at Severins - The Alpine Retreat in Lech am Arlberg, which was awarded 3 Hauben (Gault Millau). We warmly welcome him and are already looking forward to his creations and your feedback.
