When, on the day of departure, I ask our guests what they enjoyed most during their stay, then of course they are enthusiastic about the attractive infrastructure, the modern interior, our location and the good food. If I ask them what they will keep in rememebrance, these factors suddenly become a minor matter.
Suddenly names appear. No matter if its the bartender who is present at the award ceremony of the kids' ski group to keep a promise he made to our small guests or the receptionist, who takes the time to slip down the hills in the new year (equipped with garbage bags) or the waiter who plays with the children despite of a full sun terrace and pretends to throw them directly from the terrace down into our ever-popular outdoor pool or the sauna master who keeps a promise and organizes a final infusion on the last day before departure…
At the end of the day, human encounters and the emotions associated with them are remembered, and there have been many in Hotel Enzian in the recent months.
Currently I am able to offer our guests both. A top equipped hotel and heartfelt hospitality thanks to a unique "dream team". If I had to choose, I would choose the team. At the moment, however, I enjoy the luxury of having both. I can only recommend you to do the same.
